I am so glad I found Julian!. Him and his team were responsive, transparent, and great to work with! They helped create a custom barn door for my house. They also kindly delivered it and installed it. Very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend and will continue to use him for future house projects.

I was impressed with the honesty of costs of materials and the reasonable labor costs. The lack of salesmanship allowed me to feel more comfortable making my decisions not their's. They actually listened to me and asked questions and out of the Q and A became a much better result than I had ever imagined. I was so impressed with the quality of workmanship that I extended the remodel to include converting my powder room to a full bathroom. My realator friend advised me if I should ever decide to sell I would get back twice what I spent given the great new looking kitchen and the addition of the full bath remodel. I highly recommend Master Design Construction and and I say this twice they clean up each day. I find this refreshing over my prior remodel where we were always having to step over or wade through the mess of the daily work just to see what had been accomplished. We did have to leave out of town during Construction due to family matters and I was concerned nothing would get done. WRONG I was sent updates on a regular bases and work steadily continued to progress. Yeah!Can't say enough,Richard P

Our 12-Step Process

Take The First Step Towards Your Ideal Home

Fill Out Our Form

Tell us the details of your project and what you have in mind for your entire home, kitchen, or bathroom.

2.

Phone Consultation

We'll contact you within 1-2 days to discuss your goals and vision for your home.

3.

On-Site Consultation

We have an on-site consultation for a $200 fee. We inspect and assess the project site. We will also discuss your project in more detail and start visualizing the end product.

4.

Signing The Contract

We discuss more technical aspects like the budget, timeline, and materials. Then we plan the whole project. When we're on the same page, we review the contract together to ensure you have all the information you need and are comfortable with every detail.

5.

Design Phase

We design your new home space according to your vision and use our advanced design software to show you exactly how the finished product will look. This phase helps eliminate any doubts and anxiety you may have and ensures you're in full control of how your home will look.

6.

Protect Your Home And The Site

We set up our equipment and ensure that your house is structurally safe before we start any demolition or construction work. We also seal and protect any areas that are not going to be under construction to keep the dust, dirt, and debris across the house to a minimum.

7.

Pre-Job Walkthrough

Before starting the work, we'll do a walkthrough of the site to give you a clear idea of the next steps and what you should expect over the next couple of weeks as we transform your home.

8.

We Get To Work

We work our magic, and before you know it, your home will be updated and upgraded, and you can return to your now improved and relaxed daily routine.

9.

Our Cleaners Get To Work

Once we complete our work, our professional cleaners clean the job site, leaving it spotless and ready for you to enjoy. You'll never know we were there.

10.

Post-Job Walkthrough

We do a final walkthrough together to ensure we haven't missed anything. After we leave, you have 3 days to perform your detailed inspection to ensure everything is to your liking. You'll contact us with feedback if needed.

11.

5-Year Warranty

We offer a 5-year labor and systems warranty, and you also benefit from the manufacturer's warranty on materials. If something happens that is within our control and included in the warranty and contract; we will fix it for you free of charge.

12.

Follow-Up

Even after we have completed your renovation, we continue to check up with you to ensure your happiness. We follow up with you in 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months, and 12 months. We want you to love your home!
